1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
We offer POS software and online ordering website services for restaurants and retailers.
3. Free Demo
We offer a 14-day free trial of our POS software. After the trial, a subscription is required for continued use.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, website templates, and materials are owned by HOHA Software and protected by copyright laws.
6. Payments
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
7. Return Policy (Physical Products)
1. Returns for Faulty Products:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or non-functional items.
- Products must be in original packaging, unused, and resalable condition.
- Contact us at info@hohasoftware.co.uk with your order number, issue description, and proof (photos/video if requested).
2. Non-Defective Products:
- Returns for change of mind, wrong purchases, or compatibility issues are not accepted unless the product is faulty.
3. Process:
- Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds processed within 3 business days after inspection.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for data loss or damages caused by using our services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
