We aim to get your order to you as quickly and simply as possible.

Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship our products via trusted couriers Royal Mail and Evri. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your items, as well as your delivery location.

Delivery Timescales
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• UK Mainland: 2-3 business days

• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, especially during peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail or Evri website to follow your parcel's progress.

What if I'm not home?
Both Royal Mail and Evri operate a "leave safe" policy or will attempt to deliver to a neighbour if you are not in. If no one is available, they will typically leave a card with instructions on how to redeliver or collect your parcel from a local depot.
